Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Does OG pay for return shipping?
We provide a shipping label for all returns, exchanges and warranties as a courtesy. Please note that for returns and exchanges, we do not cover the cost of shipping and the amount will be deducted from the total refund/store credit amount.
For warranties, we cover the cost of shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are received and inspected, you can expect your refund within 5-7 business days. During the holiday and high-volume seasons, please allow 7-10 business days.
What is the Return/Exchange/Warranty time period?
- Items delivered in the last 14 days are eligible for a refund.
- Items delivered in the last 30 days are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Items delivered in the last 1 year are eligible for a warranty replacement (if applicable).
Can I return an item if I'm outside the United States?
Yes but international orders are handled differently. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional instructions if you are outside the United States.
