How do I start a Warranty return?
Please contact email@example.com BEFORE submitting a return request. Warranties are handled differently than normal refunds or exchanges. Our Customer Support team will be happy to take care of the Warranty request for you.
Does OG pay for return shipping?
We provide a shipping label for all returns, exchanges and warranties as a courtesy. Please note that for returns and exchanges, we do not cover the cost of shipping and the amount will be deducted from the total refund/store credit amount.
For warranties, we cover the cost of shipping. Please contact Customer Support by clicking HERE to start a Warranty Claim prior to submitting an RMA.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are received and inspected, you can expect your refund within 5-7 business days. During the holiday and high-volume seasons, please allow 7-10 business days.
What is the Return/Exchange/Warranty time period?
- Non-engraved items delivered in the last 14 days are eligible for a refund.
- Non-engraved items delivered in the last 30 days are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- All watches delivered in the last 1 year are eligible for a warranty repair/replacement.
Can I return an item if I'm outside the United States?
Yes but international orders are handled differently. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional instructions if you are outside the United States.
